Jacqueline Elfick has been appointed to the position of Project Development for Singapore. Jacqueline has produced films in China, Singapore, Australia and the UK. She speaks English, Dutch, Mandarin and Cantonese and has been based in Singapore for the past 5 years. She has already worked with Palm Beach Pictures on a number of projects.
